EYKS Show & Grow 2010

This years EYKS Show and Grow competition is now well under way with the selections having been made on Saturday 24th April. Once all the members who were taking part had arrived, devoured their bacon butties and swilled copious amounts of tea and coffee the "serious" business of selecting the Koi started.

The names of those taking part were placed into a hat and drawn out one at time, with each person in turn making their choice from the selection of Koi that was left.

Although this event has been introduced into the EYKS calendar as a bit of affordable competitive fun, the quality of the Koi which were supplied by Dock Koi has meant that all our members went away with high quality Ogata Koi which were inexpensive, all of which have every chance of taking this years prestigious title!

Many thanks to Neil and Harry at Dock Koi for their help and support in selecting the Koi and also to Neil who will be judging the competition for us.

Our members now have until 2nd October to nurture their little gems.
